1. Check Eligibility:

• Inquire if your company has a matching gift program. Your HR department can provide details and any necessary forms.

• Use your company's intranet or the company's public website to find information on their matching gift program.

2. Make Your Donation:

• Donate to the National Independent Venue Foundation through our website or via mail. Save your receipt—many companies will require a copy to process the match.

3. Submit a Matching Gift Request:

• Online Submission: Many companies have an online submission process. Log in to your company’s matching gift portal and follow the instructions to submit a match request.

• Paper Form Submission: If your company uses paper forms, fill out the form, attach your donation receipt, and send it to the address provided by your company.
