We are accepting donations for the National Independent Venue Foundation, a 501(c)3. These donations are for the general operational budget, allowing the organization to cover expenses such as staff, office needs, programs, and more.

The mission of the National Independent Venue Foundation (NIVF) is to preserve and nurture the ecosystem of independent live performance venues and promoters throughout the United States by supporting a transparent, competitive marketplace serving a diverse and inclusive community of artists, fans, and industry workers. The foundation will focus on non-lobbying activities in support of the mission, such as emergency relief funds, education and community programming, employee training and support, economic development initiatives especially in opportunity zones, underserved communities, and to support efforts to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion in the sector. NIVF is recognized as a tax-exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Tax ID #85-2436574).

Contributions made to NIVF will help us continue to accelerate our mission. An investment of $5k, $10k to $25k can support our work in developing new programs and maintaining existing initiatives including the emergency and natural disaster relief funds.
